• Product Strategy and Vision: Define the product’s long-term vision and strategic goals. Identify market opportunities and user needs, aligning the product vision with company objectives.
• Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines product goals, timelines, and priorities. Communicate the roadmap to stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and marketing.
• Prioritise features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Manage the product backlog, working with teams to ensure that priorities are clear and well-documented.
• Oversee the product development process, from concept to release. Work with engineering to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery. Manage sprints, releases, and iterations in an agile environment.
• Analyse product performance using metrics and data to make informed decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies. Support product launches, ensuring messaging and positioning are aligned with the product’s value proposition. Monitor post-launch performance and gather customer feedback.
• Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, performance data, and market shifts.
