People are the heartbeat of amarti. Our business was founded during the pandemic. During this time we learnt many valuable lessons, amongst them was the importance of mental health and wellbeing. We want to build a legacy of care within our business, amongst many things, we want to encourage open communication and healthy work and personal life balance. About You

  • Developing IT Strategy: Define and maintain the organisation’s IT strategy, aligning it with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Technology Roadmap: Create and manage a technology roadmap that guides the adoption of emerging technologies and ensures sustainable growth.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Design comprehensive systems that are scalable, secure, and integrated, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all technology platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all IT systems adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to IT systems and data, ensuring business continuity and cybersecurity.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms that can improve operational efficiency or create a competitive advantage.
  • Cost Management: Work with finance teams to manage the IT budget, balancing innovation with cost efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during the implementation of new technology or processes.
