• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and identify solutions that balance technical constraints with business goals.
• Change Management: Experience managing large-scale migrations, updates, and infrastructure changes without disrupting business operations.
• Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation essential for future maintenance and scalability.
• Systems Design: Ability to design large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on performance, fault-tolerance, and resilience.
• Scalability and Performance Optimization: Experience with load balancing, caching, horizontal scaling, and performance tuning to ensure platforms can handle growth.
• AI/ML Integration: Knowledge of integrating AI/ML models into platforms, including supporting data pipelines and model deployment.
