• Systems Design: Ability to design large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on performance, fault-tolerance, and resilience.
• Scalability and Performance Optimization: Experience with load balancing, caching, horizontal scaling, and performance tuning to ensure that platforms can handle growth.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Effective communication skills to collaborate with development, operations, and business teams. Ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and identify solutions that balance technical constraints with business goals.
